Southern Vermont College (Bennington) 2002 Honors Convocation Ceremony Booklet (Awards, Scholarships Presented)

Academic awards, donor scholarships, and student affairs awards were presented at Honors Convocation.
The 2002 SVC Honors Convocation recognized student achievement and advancement.

I can't remember if Friday, May 3, 2002 was a beautiful day or not, but I'm sure excitement was in the air at 1:30PM as President Barbara Sirvis summoned staff, faculty, and students for the 2002 Southern Vermont College Honors Convocation. 

SVC faculty and staff members presented various awards.
President Barbara Sirvis delivered welcoming remarks while Tom Redden was Master of Ceremonies.

The 2002 Honors Convocation processional was led by President Barbara Sirvis and faculty members Robert Consalvo, Bobbi Gabrenya, Holly Evans Madison, and John B. Davis. President Sirvis delivered welcoming remarks, while Faculty Association Chair Thomas Redden served as Master of Ceremonies.

Academic awards were presented by faculty members to outstanding students who had maintained at least a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0.
